A neck cover has been added to the popular Torrent lightweight turn-out rug by Rhinegold. The Torrent features 600denier waterproof yet breathable ripstop outer. This excellent lightweight turnout has no polyfill offering the perfect solution to wind and rain protection in the summer. The Rhinegold torrent is securely fastened with crossover surcingles, double chest straps and leg straps. Pleating to the shoulder and the abscence of a back seam ensures that this lightweight turnout is comfortable and effective
